Private Trips Reservation Form

STEP 1. Fill out the reservation form below. If you are travelling with another person who does NOT live at the same address as you, please have that person fill out a separate reservation form.

STEP 2. Read the terms & conditions carefully and check the box indicating that you agree to them.

STEP 3. Click on the red “SUBMIT & PAY DEPOSIT” button at the bottom of the reservation form. This will take you to the Terroir Wine Services secure payment page. Your deposit payment of US$1000.00 per person is due at this time to reserve your space on the trip (if you are reserving 90 days or less from the trip start date, after paying your deposit, you’ll be billed for immediate payment of the full balance of the trip price). You can pay by credit card, or with your PayPal account. U.S. residents have the option to pay with PayPal Credit, which gives you 6 months to pay (click on the PayPal banner below for details).



NOTE: We cannot confirm your reservation until you have paid your deposit, one deposit for each person for each trip.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please indicate that option on the reservation form and mail your check or money order for US$1000 per person, made out to Terroir Wine Services, to 1013 Centre Rd., Suite 403-A, Wilmington, DE 19805 U.S.A. Please note that we can only confirm your reservation once your check has cleared the bank. (Again, if you are reserving 90 days or less before the trip start date, the full trip price is due).

You will be invoiced by email for the balance of the trip price, which is due 90 days before the trip’s start date.

Note: if you choose "Single (1 person/1 large bed)", you will be charged a Single Supplement with the balance of the Trip price, payable 90 days before the Trip starts.

If you want to share a room to avoid the Single Supplement, use the FWS Trip Forum to find a roommate.  You and your roommate must then inform us that you would like to share a room.  If you cannot find a roommate, you will be charged the Single Supplement with the balance of the Trip price, payable 90 days before the Trip starts.

If yes, upon verfication, you will be entitled to the reduced Enrolled Student Price.

The Enrolled Study Price applies to those currently studying the regions' Master-Level program or who have completed it. Full registration in the region’s Master-Level program means students who have previously ordered the region's Master-Level study manual, exam registration and online study program. Registrants only partially enrolled in the region's Master-Level program (i.e.: only have manual and exam, or only online study program) will get the Enrolled Trip Price and will be invoiced directly by FWS for the portion of the Master-Level they are missing at a 50% discount on prices listed on the FWS website. If an updated manual is needed, it can be purchased at a 50% discount.

Please note particularly if you have trouble walking, standing for long periods, or climbing stairs or any other condition that could affect your ability to fully participate in the Trip

(for example, red meat, foie gras, etc.). Please answer as completely and specifically as possible (for example, if you are vegetarian, do you still eat eggs or fish, or no animal products at all? If no dairy, is it cow’s milk or all milk?).
Food preferences must be stated here to be taken into account, as dishes are chosen in advance for the group and substitutions are not possible once we're at the restaurants.
