Bio
Laura has over 14 years of wine industry experience holding leading roles in retail, wholesale, hospitality and e-commerce operations. Her specialties include brand management, valuation and collector services, online content, wine education and social media marketing. Fluent in French, Laura holds the WSET Diploma in Wine & Spirits and several specialization certificates from the French Wine Society. In 2011 she completed the Bordeaux Management School’s executive Wine MBA program having done her dissertation project on the influence of social media on high-involvement wine consumers. Despite her affection for red and white Burgundy, Laura is best known for her love of Champagne. In June 2013 she returned to her native Massachusetts from San Francisco where she had been a Portfolio Manager with the Henry Wine Group. As she prepares for her next role, Laura is eager to become more familiar with the New England wine industry, particularly European imports.
