NEW IN 2021 \| SCIENCE OF WINE TASTING SERIES

The Science of Wine Tasting Series is designed to help students of wine sharpen their tasting skills and master the latest scientific advancements in wine chemistry and sensory evaluation.

The Science of Wine Tasting is composed of four segments, each focusing on a specific aspect of wine evaluation. Experts in their field will each present one segment of the series: Gabriel Lepousez, PhD; Nick Jackson MW; Francois Chartier, Sommelier; and Dr. Jamie Goode, wine writer.
