Congratulations to Kirra Barnes, from Pennsylvania, for being the 2015 WORLD TOP EXAM SCORER for the CHAMPAGNE MASTER-LEVEL PROGRAM. Kirra tied for first place with Erika Frey, FWS.

Kirra Barnes has been the product education coordinator with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for many year.
