About Bill:
I recently became a consultant for North Shore Wine Consultants working with restaurants to create wine lists that match their customers needs and improve wine sales. I also conduct public and private wine tasting events.
The FWS is my first wine certification, I am continuing with the CSW and then plan on the Spanish Wine Scholar next. I do also want to complete the French Masters programs.
The depth and breadth of what I learned in the FWS was amazing. The knowledge that I have gained has made me the go-to guy for French Wine.
Wine studies is a subject that the more you learn the more you realize how much more there is to learn. This is a huge subject involving history, geology, chemistry, geography all subjects that I have enjoyed over the years. Passing the FWS with Highest Honors has given me the confidence to continue my studies into even more in depth and complex parts of the wine industry that I am not familiar with.
