About Chi Shao:
I’m a wine lover and wine professional. I’ve been working in the F&B industry for 12 years, and I started my wine journey when I was 26 years old. I was inspired by my mentor and he as a Sommelier, teaching me the knowledge of the wine. I gained strong interest in wine and I decided to learn more.
I have passed WSET Level 3 in wine, Certified Specialist of Wine from Society of Educators and FWS in October 2021. I'm now working on Introductory and Certified Sommelier Course from CMS. The FWS program had provided me with more depth knowledge not only about French wine but also the geography of the wine regions, and the histories, which are “WOW” for me.
