About Glauber
I studied wines for 20 years. With the courses that I do I intend to become a professional in the area of wines. At the moment, I am developing my first wine list for a restaurant, where I will also give classes and tastings harmonized with local dishes.
During the last 20 years, I took courses in wine business and wine marketing, among others. I also did several other courses, the most important, along with the FWS, being the WSET levels 1, 2 and 3, having obtained very good grades in all. Within this context, the FWS course was very important, raising personal knowledge to a recognized level in the market.
At this moment I am studying English. The goal is to prepare for the DIP WSET (WSET Level 4), that will take place here in São Paulo starting this year, and the FWS courses for specific regions of France.
Here in Brazil, the market is beginning to pay attention to international certifications, and I believe that more and more these certifications will be considered a differential for the professionals of the area.
