"I am a wine enthusiast and running a IT company now. Honestly speaking, after work I spent most my spare time on wine. From my point of view informaion technology is stealing time from people, but wine always teach people how to enjoy time with family and friends and cherish life. Besides, wine world is so vast and varied, which always attracts me to explore and seek something new. And that continues.
Before I was enrolled in FWS Program I had passed the WSET level 3 with double distingction and ISG advanced certification with very good performance. I also had other wine certifications from different appellations and organazitions, but I never found a certification program was as comprehensive and detailed as FWS program in terms of French wine.
Last year I was wondering whether I should be enrolled in WSET Diploma program but 2 years’ learning time and massive learning resources is a big challenge for me because I was in IT industry with fierce competition and didn’t have enough spare time.
Now I have mastered one of the most important part, the French wine, and I believe it will help me a lot to face the challenge of WSET Diploma. Wine is magical as well as FWS. I love wine more and more after I became French Wine Scholar with highest honors. I want to become a wine educator who can share wine and wine knowledge with other people and I even want to leave IT industry where I was for 18 years to seek my career in wine world. That is amazing! I aways believe sharing and enjoying life is the essence of wine."
