About Kasey: 

I am both a wine enthusiast and professional, and truly identify as both. Wine is such a unique vehicle for history, culture, and terroir…food knows no better friend. I’ve only been in the industry for about a decade, in multiple roles (retail, restaurant, distribution). I currently work as a wine rep and bartender, so it’s exciting to share wine on and off premise with fellow professionals and wine lovers. I look forward to being a forever student, and continuing to share my passion for wine with others.

I have passed WSET Level 3 and CSW (Society of Wine Educators) and hope to achieve other Wine Scholar Guild Certifications : Spanish and Italian. I truly enjoyed the course and depth of material. It was challenging and fulfilling to learn even more about the wine regions I love.

I’ve always loved French wine and always will especially after the course. It deepened my knowledge, appreciation and love affair with French varietals and regions. I was lucky enough to receive my results while in France staying in Chinon. I can’t wait to return and explore more wine.
