About Mario:
''I am a sommelier and a journalist. I got my certification in 2011 from AIS, the Italian Sommelier Association. Now I am trying to get more international certification. Last year I became a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators and now I am trying to become a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier. I also would like to become a Certified Wine Educator.
The FWS is a very good certification. I always thought that every sommelier need to have a solid foundation especially on French and Italian Wine and the FWS program gives you the most updated material to achieve a solid foundation on French Wine.
The book is very well written and the material is updated and very well organized. I will enroll in the master-level programs as soon as possible in order to be more specialized about French Wine.''
