About Murilo:
I am a cardiologist totally passionate for wine. So passionate that, despite the considerable amount of time I dedicate to Medicine, I found energy and enthusiasm to start out a small wine business, to complete a 2 year Somm Course in Brazil, take WSET 3 and recently FWS.
Now I plan on enrolling at IWS, picking a Master-Level and taking WSET 4.
I soon intend to dedicate full time to the wine industry, whatever the area.
The FWS has completely changed my viewpoint on studying wine - it is a deep and really amazing immersion in the French culture, considering the regional differences. We're provided with all the hints we need to really understand - but also memorize - the most important information that must be kept in mind
Surely this course will be of great relevance to my future wine studies.
Besides providing knowledge, it acts as an incentive for us to keep on studying, since it make us feel confident and enthusiastic.
