About Nicole:
My passion for wine was ignited in 2014 after my first trip to Napa Valley during harvest season. After listening to the stories behind the label and watching the pure artistry of the winemaking process, I knew I needed to be a part of it. Upon arriving back to New York, I immediately started classes with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust and attended every tasting I could manage (while still working full-time in corporate fashion). I have since become the owner of a successful wine blog, Grape Chic that has taken me to wine regions all over the world and has allowed me to partner with the most distinguished wine brands on marketing campaigns and activations. Beyond my own company, I’m also a Wine Advisor at VIVANT and the Northeast USA Private Client Sales Advisor for Château de Pommard in Burgundy.
I have previously completed the WSET 3 and the French Wine Scholar program was just the “deep dive” I needed for my career. The knowledge obtained during this course will propel my confidence as I step into my WSET Diploma studies in the near future.
The FWS program has immensely contributed to my career in wine. I’m more confident educating my clients about Burgundy and speaking about French wine on my blog and social media platforms.
