About Victoria:
I am “late bloom” and “aged”. Unfortunately I found the way to wine too late to turn my passion for wine into professional. This is the thing that I regret. So, being at age 60 + I must introduce myself as enthusiast.
I have discovered a totally new world, world of the wine. The world full of rich history, different cultures, traditions, people and languages. I find myself tackling geographical maps with rivers and mountains, diving in studying of soils, grape varieties for hours and feel happy doing this. I find it educative and fun as well, not mention the tasting part :).
I am very happy to fill my retirement time with new challenges, studying something new, taking exams, chatting with other students from all over the world, younger than I am and never be bored. As the mother of four and grandmother of ten I have earned this time to myself.
I am holding WSET Level 3, French Wine Scholar, currently student of the Spanish Wine Scholar program. Italy next. Waiting the new programs.
