About Xavier:
I am passionate about wine, a hobby inoculated by my grand-father while browsing through bottles in his cellar.
I started studying wine at the Office Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin (OIV). This was followed by WSET 2 and 3, CSW and FWS. The French Wine Scholar program allowed me to explore France in depth, a must for any serious wine amateur. I am currently pursuing the “Certified Specialist in Spirit” certificate.
FWS is helping me prepare for the next step. My ambition is to continue the journey with WSET4 or the Court of Master Sommelier, hopefully this year!
