About Yan Mei:
I am a wine enthusiast and I’m a wine course teacher. I mainly teach wine courses in university and teach wine knowledge to local consumers in my place. I like wine very much.I often organize study groups with wine enthusiasts in my city to learn wine knowledge and taste wine regularly. At the same time, we also established a Bistro to spread wine culture in my city.
I passed the WSET level III of the British wine and spirits Association and the senior sommelier of the European sommelier school. FWS knowledge points are more detailed and comprehensive. I like the FWS course very much. It makes me better understand French wine, especially wine laws and regulations, special varieties, etc., which are not available in other courses. It also helps me to have a better foundation to pass WSET level 4 and better explain French wine to my students and customers.
After finishing the FWS course, I found that the world of wine was so big. I need to keep learning about wine. I hope I can complete IWS in 2022. I also hope to study in French wine producing areas, participate in the winery brewing season and drink more interesting wines.
