About Justin:
I am a super Italian wine lover and wine educator. Apart from Italian Wine Scholar, my other wine related qualifications and titles include WSET Diploma and WSET Certified Educator, VIA Italian Wine Ambassador and Certified Italian Wine Educator, Knight of Truffle and Wine of Alba. I am also a wine judge of the Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit Competition. I have been focusing on Italian wine education and promotion in Hong Kong in recent years.
I think the IWS program is very well designed, backed up by extensive and thorough research. The two unit study manuals provide brilliant sources of information in a very systematic way not only for study but also can serve as reference books for my needs in conducting Italian wine education. Apart from wine knowledge, it is also a valuable source of information with regard to the history and culture of the relevant wine regions in Italy.
Obtaining the IWS qualification is another important milestone in pursuit of my love and passion for Italian wines. Combining the existing knowledge and qualifications I have already acquired, I feel better equipped to keep on teaching and promoting Italian wines with, among others, the plan to launch IWS courses at our wine school in the near future.
