About Adrian:
I had a long career in Finance but gave that up in order to pursue my interest in wine so established my own company to conduct educational tastings and tours round the excellent vineyards and breweries of Sussex. Unfortunately, due to government imposed restrictions that is currently on hold so I have taken the opportunity to do more studying.
I enjoyed the SWS program as I am a fan of Spanish wine and have been to vineyards in Rioja, Alicante and Jerez - Sherry is a particular favourite of mine. I have previously passed French Wine Scholar and the WSET Diploma, and am currently studying Unit 2 of Italian Wine Scholar with Sussex Wine School.
I think SWS adds credibility particularly as I look forward to attending the excellent Wines of Spain London tasting when we can resume proper tastings and events. It will also allow me to host more varied and interesting tastings of Spanish wines.
