Congratulations to Tracy Mann from Australia, for having passed the Champagne Master-Level Exam with Honors!
''My champagne education venture is known as “49million” (as in bubbles in a bottle….) and my “other work” which ensures the cellar doesn’t run dry (!) is at the University of Western Australia where I’m a research scientist in Respiratory Pharmacology.
Passing the Champagne Master-Level program certainly provides a degree of credibility to ones champagne enterprises!
This well-organized course was engaging and full of accurate information . The individuals teaching into the course were all outstanding. Having the opportunity to listen to the likes of Steve Charters and his insights into the complex world of the business of champagne and land ownership, Peter Liem and his second to none grasp of the diverse terroirs of Champagne, Essi Avelan and her perceptive analysis of the crafting of the wines, Charles Curtis provided an insight into the collectability of champagne – providing some very useful information to pass on to consumers. Likewise, the information freely shared by Giles Fallowfield, Richard Bampfield & Geoff Kruth was succinct and relevant.''
