Reservation Form

STEP 1. Fill out the reservation form below. If you are travelling with another person who does NOT live at the same address as you, please have that person fill out a separate reservation form.

STEP 2. Click on the link to open the Wine Scholar Travels Inc ("WST") Terms and Conditions (WST operates the WSG Study Trips). Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully and check the box indicating that you agree to them.

STEP 3. Click on the red “SUBMIT & PAY DEPOSIT” button at the bottom of the reservation form. This will take you to WST's Paypal secure payment page. Your non-refundable deposit payment of US$1000.00 per person per trip is due at this time to reserve your space on the trip (if you’re reserving 120 days or less from the trip start date, after paying your deposit you’ll be billed immediately for the full balance of the trip price). You can pay by credit card or with a PayPal account.

If you prefer to pay by check, please indicate that option on the reservation form and mail your check for US$1000 per person, made out to Wine Scholar Travels Inc, 1777 Church Street NW, Suite B, Washington DC20036 U.S.A.. Please note that WST can only confirm your reservation once your check has cleared the bank. (Again, if you are reserving 120 days or less before the trip start date, the full trip price is due).

You will be invoiced by email for the balance of the trip price, which is due 120 days before the trip’s start date. Final balance payment invoices are to be paid via wire transfer or ACH following the instructions on the invoice and with transaction costs covered by the Guest. In case the guest wishes to pay via credit card or Paypal, a three percent (3%) payment processing fee will be added to the final invoice.

Unless otherwise noted on the trip itinerary page, access to the Master-Level study program is granted 120 days prior to your departure and after your final payment is received.

Note: if you choose "Single (1 person/1 large bed)", you will be charged a Single Supplement with the balance of the Trip price, payable 90 days before the Trip starts.

Please let us know if you are interested in sharing a room with another participant to avoid the single supplement. If there is another participant in this case, we will put you in touch. You and your roommate must then inform us that you would like to share a room. If you cannot find a roommate, you will be charged the Single Supplement with the balance of the Trip price, payable 120 days before the Trip starts.

If yes, upon verification, you will be entitled to the reduced Enrolled Student Price.

The Enrolled Study Price applies to those currently studying the regions' Master-Level program or who have completed it. Full registration in the region’s Master-Level program means students who have previously ordered the region's Master-Level study manual, exam registration and online study program. Registrants only partially enrolled in the region's Master-Level program (i.e.: only have manual and exam, or only online study program) will get the Enrolled Trip Price and will be invoiced directly by FWS for the portion of the Master-Level they are missing at a 50% discount on prices listed on the FWS website. If an updated manual is needed, it can be purchased at a 50% discount.

Please note if you have trouble walking, standing for long periods, climbing stairs or any other condition that could affect your ability to fully participate in the Trip.

Please answer as completely and specifically as possible (for example, if you are vegetarian, do you still eat eggs or fish, or no animal products at all? If no dairy, is it cow’s milk or all milk?).
Dietary restrictions must be stated on this reservation form as dishes are chosen in advance for the group and substitutions are not possible once the trip has begun.
